Our team is excited to share our Executive Report on Service Requests from Spring 2016. You can download it now.
Starting the first day of the Spring 2016 semester we launched a service request workflow. This report analyzes data from our first semester using the system from January 11, 2016 until May 13, 2016. Our goal is to document the services we provide for Annenberg faculty, students and staff, including the demographic of customers, frequency and quantity of requests.
