What should I do if I can not connect to Wi-Fi?

Many issues with internet connectivity can be solved by shutting off and subsequently turning your Wi-Fi on again. However, if restarting your Wi-Fi does not work, please send us a request below so we can fix your issue directly. You can still access USC Secure Wireless even when you’re not on campus by using Virtual Private Networking.

For more information, or to place a request, call (213) 740-5297, or visit ANN L103 or ASC 124.
